The hotel is extraordinary and clean, everything is great. the location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. It's based in a calm area, directly across the street in a strip mall. All the rooms are exceptionally nice with a sea view. the staff is marvelous. Offers top-notch service and decent food.

Ideal for business travellers, the hotel is located right next to the International Exhibition Centre and offers free Wi, Fi in the lobby. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and bathrooms have good water pressure and better, than, average amenities for China. the breakfast buffet has a decent spread with some Western options and a sea view is available upon request.

Some areas of the hotel can be noisy due to travelling families during peak season.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Best aspects were the convenient location next to the Convention Centre and being close to a very good beach in northern China. The hotel facilities including the large pool and gym were amazing, and we had an excellent breakfast every morning. Additionally, the staff was friendly, helpful, and had good English.

The air conditioning system was inadequately low for my preferences, making it difficult to sleep in the room. Although the carpet was clean, it appeared to need some thorough cleaning.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with our spacious and modern room being spotless. The hotel facilities, including the large pool and well-equipped gym, were fantastic and we enjoyed peaceful moments by ourselves. The location right beside the convention center was extremely convenient for our wine expo event, and it was a short and easy walk to the nearby beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, with many of them having good English skills. We especially want to mention Roma from the lobby bar, who provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right beside the convention center where we attended the wine expo. And the beach nearby was one of the best in northern China. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the facilities, like the large pool and workout room.

The only downside was that the wifi was only available in the lobby, not in the rooms.

The main reason for our stay at Crowne Plaza was to try the taste of Asia restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and definitely worth the visit. The hotel itself was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and professional, and some even spoke English. The breakfast buffet was especially good, with a wide variety of options. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Although the room had exclusive advantages, such as spaciousness and great views, the soundproofing was lacking, as noise from nearby rooms could be heard.

Excellent breakfast with Russian-friendly options. Fantastic sea view from 33rd floor, though window couldn't be opened. Spacious, clean, and new room with various pillow options. Top-notch service, with helpful floor manager Tony. Large pool and gym, often had the pool to myself.
